Getting started
Before you begin
The essentials to know before creating your wedding workspace.
Our Chapter is a wedding planning platform that brings the important parts of your wedding into one organised space.
You can manage your wedding website, guests, RSVP responses, seating arrangements, budget and wedding-day check-in without piecing everything together across multiple tools.
Explore the platformIt is designed for couples who want a calmer and more organised way to manage their wedding.
Whether you are planning most of the celebration yourselves or working alongside vendors, family and other people involved in the day, your workspace gives you one place to keep everything connected.
Yes. The platform is created in Singapore with the planning experience of couples here in mind.
It helps organise the parts of a wedding that often involve plenty of moving pieces, including guest management, RSVP, seating, budgeting and reception check-in.
Yes. The wedding planning platform is currently free for couples to use.
You can create a workspace and begin organising your celebration without paying to access the planning tools.
Start your chapterNo. Everything works directly in your web browser, so there is nothing you need to download before getting started.
You can access your workspace from a computer, tablet or phone using a modern browser. Some activities, such as arranging a detailed seating plan, may naturally feel more comfortable on a larger screen.
You do not need to have your entire wedding figured out before joining.
Start with the details you already know, such as your names, wedding date or venue. You can continue adding and updating information as your plans take shape.
Create your wedding workspaceWedding planning
Your planning space
Keep the details behind your celebration clear and easy to revisit.
Your workspace brings together your wedding website, guest list, RSVP responses, seating plan, budget and wedding-day check-in.
The aim is to reduce the need to repeatedly move information between spreadsheets, forms and separate planning tools.
See all featuresYes. Wedding plans change, and your workspace is designed to change with them.
You can return to your wedding details and planning areas as things such as your venue, guest arrangements and other plans become more certain.
Yes. The Budget workspace helps you keep your expected wedding spending, payments and remaining balances organised in one place.
It gives you a clearer view of what you expect to spend, what has already been paid and what still needs attention.
Explore BudgetIt is designed to reduce the number of separate tools you need for the areas of planning that the platform supports.
Instead of maintaining different records for guests, RSVP, seating and arrivals, the information you organise earlier can stay useful throughout the rest of your planning.
Guests & RSVP
Invites, replies and guests
Keep responses and the people behind them organised in one place.
Your Guest workspace keeps wedding guests and their important details together.
As your plans develop, guest information can remain connected with areas such as RSVP, seating and wedding-day check-in.
Guests can respond through the RSVP experience you share with them.
Their response is recorded in your workspace so you can keep track of who is attending, who has declined and which responses are still outstanding.
Discover RSVP & GuestsNo. Guests do not need to create an account.
Guest-facing experiences let them respond using the invitation or RSVP access you share with them without giving them access to your private planning workspace.
Where companions are included for a guest, the RSVP experience can collect the relevant companion information together with the main response.
This helps keep the total number of people attending clear without splitting one party across unrelated entries.
Yes. Your RSVP experience can collect information that is useful when preparing for guests, including meal preferences and dietary requirements where applicable.
Keeping these details alongside each guest makes them easier to refer to later when preparing the reception.
Yes. Accessibility information can be kept with the relevant guest so important requirements are easier to account for while preparing your wedding.
Yes. Your RSVP workspace gives you an overview of responses so you can distinguish between attending, declined and pending guests.
This makes following up much easier without manually comparing different forms or spreadsheets.
Wedding website
Your guest-facing chapter
Share the celebration beautifully while keeping the planning side private.
Yes. You can create a guest-facing wedding experience that feels more personal than sending a plain RSVP form.
Guests see the information intended for them while your planning tools remain inside your private workspace.
Explore Wedding WebsiteYes. You can personalise the guest experience using the details that belong to your celebration.
The goal is for it to feel like part of your wedding rather than another administrative form.
Yes. You can review the guest-facing experience while preparing it so you can check your content before sharing it.
No.
Your private workspace and guest-facing experiences serve different purposes. Someone opening an invitation, RSVP or guest-facing link does not automatically receive access to your planning dashboard.
Seating
Building the room
Turn the guest list into a visual plan for your celebration.
Yes. The Seating workspace gives you a visual way to organise tables and place guests around the room.
Because seating works with the guest information you already manage, you do not need to rebuild your guest list from scratch.
Explore SeatingYes. You can continue adjusting your seating arrangement as responses come in and your wedding plans change.
Yes. Your seating workspace lets you organise your ballroom and refine individual table details as the layout develops.
No.
Your guest list and RSVP can take shape first. Seating can be refined later as you gain a clearer picture of who will actually be attending.
Wedding day
When guests arrive
Bring the guest information you prepared into the reception itself.
The Check-in workspace helps your reception team keep track of guests as they arrive.
It brings together guest arrivals, QR-based check-in and the information you already prepared before the wedding.
Explore Check-inYes. QR-based guest experiences can make arrival and reception check-in more convenient for both guests and your wedding team.
Self Check-in gives you the option of allowing guests to identify themselves and check in through a shared reception experience.
You can use it alongside normal staff check-in depending on how you want your reception to operate.
Yes.
Staff-assisted check-in remains available, so your wedding team can help guests who need assistance or who are not using the self check-in experience.
Yes. The Check-in workspace gives your team a live view of arrivals so you can see how many expected guests have arrived and how many are still remaining.
Account & privacy
Access and privacy
How your workspace, guest experiences and account access are separated.
No. Creating a wedding does not make your private planning workspace publicly accessible.
Certain guest experiences are intentionally made available using the relevant invitation, RSVP or check-in access that you choose to share.
Yes.
Because the platform is browser-based, you can access your workspace from supported modern browsers across computers, tablets and phones.
Use the password recovery option from the login page to reset your password and regain access to your account.
